so watching the USA women’s gymnastics team perform makes me feel so guilty about how out of shape I’ve gotten this summer. I haven’t swam, ran, or biked in at least a month. I miss doing gymnastics, cheerleading, figure skating, and dancing.
and my knee starting to hurt at work from the 10 pounds I’ve gained this summer? I’m not cool with that. I am proud of my body. There is only maybe a speck of cellulite on it and I have killer calf and arm muscles, but it’s not enough, and I’m not in shape or active enough for that 10 pounds I gained to have been muscle, or acceptable.
it’s time to kick it into high gear and get into some kind of shape again.
